The Craigmont Planetarium is equipped to show webconferences from around the world. Several companies produce these types of shows. Your class can come to the planetarium to view these shows live or we can video tape them for later use. Contact planetarium staff for information on setting up a teleconference for your class. 
 

NASA Television
The mission of NASA Television is to provide the American people access through television to their aeronautics and space program. To fulfill that mission, NASA Television will provide real-time and taped television pictures and images concerning NASA's activities, as well as the results of those activities. Many of the programs are interdisciplinary in nature. These programs may be viewed live in the Planetarium or taped to be shown in individual classrooms at a later date. Programs are free to Memphis City and Shelby County Schools (DVD required) and are available to the public for a small fee.
